Accidents or unintentional injuries are one of the leading causes of emergency room visits and hospitalization in the country. These injuries can occur as a result of various circumstances including car accidents, workplace accidents, slip and fall accidents and more. There are times when these accidents are more than just simple accidents. When these accidents are the result of the negligence or reckless actions of another party, the other party can be held liable for the damages resulting from the accident. This is possible through a personal injury claim.
A personal injury claim is a legal action that is taken when a person suffers a serious injury as a result of the negligent or reckless actions of another party. The responsible party can be held legally responsible for damages resulting from the accident such as medical expenses, property damage, lost wages and more.
