How long will my personal injury claim or lawsuit take? There's no straight answer to this question.

That depends on you, that depends on how long you take to get better or if you're never going to get all the way better, how long it takes to get to a point where we can reasonably    determine what your future looks like; what additional medical care you require, what that'll cost and what permanent restrictions or impairments you have.

Once you get to that point, we can try to reach a settlement with the insurance company. There's some lawyers that'll rush it, try to get it done for you, put a little money in your pocket and theirs. That's not us.

What we do is optimize the value of your case regardless of how long it takes. We’ll invest our own money into your case to maximize the dollar value we can get you.

If the insurance company isn't willing to play ball, we'll take him to court we go to court it could take a while. It could take a month, it could take six months, could take a year. I can't tell you that just depends whether they pay up or we have to go to trial. We have to go to trial, we'll get a jury to tell us and tell the insurance company what your case is worth.
