October 30, 2020 | Attorneys Omaha
We are proud to announce that High & Younes, LLC., partner Frank Younes has been selected as a Lifetime Achievement Recipient by America’s Top 100 Attorneys. Frank’s profile on America’s Top 100 Attorneys can be found here: https://www.americastop100attorneys.com/listing/frank-e-younes/
The Lifetime Achievement selection is by invitation only and is comprised of the nation’s most exceptional attorneys. Lifetime Achievement recognition is meant to identify and promote the most outstanding and impactful legal talent currently serving throughout the nation. Membership among America’s Top 100 Attorneys® identifies and highlights the accomplishments of the nation’s most esteemed and skilled attorneys in all areas of practice.
To help ensure that all attorneys selected for membership meet the very high standards expected for selection, candidates for lifetime membership are carefully screened through third-party research and statistical analysis based on a broad array of criteria, including the candidate’s professional experience, lifetime achievements, significant case results, peer reputation, and community impact.
Screening is performed through third-party research and analysis involving proprietary algorithms applying multi-criteria decision making methods to create a Pareto efficiency frontier. These algorithms assess a broad array of criteria and data for each candidate, including (but not limited to) the attorney’s legal achievements, professional experience, significant case results and/or verdicts, peer reputation, client satisfaction, other notable honors, media notoriety, and community impact, among many other proprietary factors.
Attorneys cannot buy or “peer nominate” their way into membership. If an attorney does not meet the standards established by our criteria to be selected among the Top 100 in their community, then there is no amount of money (or peer nominations) that will change that.
